MSLQMRA Members: The $80.00 Volunteer Fee must be paid by the first race date. Each family membership is required to volunteer in the Concession Stand or the Tower four race dates and two work days. Every date that your family works you will receive $20.00 of your $80.00 fee back. If a family fails to pay the $80.00 fee the drivers on that family membership will not be ineligible to receive a trophy after racing until the fee is paid. If a family feels that they are not able to the work in the concession stand or the tower then that family may write a hardship letter to the board explaining why the cannot work and state what work they can do in replacement of what is required to receive the $80.00 back. If approved the board will sign the letter for approval.
